Dispatch and shipment

If we have your order in stock we will dispatch it right away. If your item is not in stock, we will have the items made for you as soon as possible. This may mean a delivery time of up to 6 weeks. If this is the case we will advise you by email. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will endeavour to provide you with an update on your package delivery.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.


Please note that, as almost all Kazi Ya Sanaa products are handmade, slight variations in colour and shape are inevitable. Indeed this is what makes our products so appealing to our customers. However, If you are not happy with any items just return them to us within 30 days. If they are defective we will replace them or refund you. If they are not defective but you decide you don't want them we will try and replace them for something else.
